Who Are We? We are Apps Factory Media Ltd., an Israeli Company who produces the
Hiperion games. We are located at 1 Ha-Rekhev St., Tel-Aviv Israel.
This privacy policy is meant to comply with your rights under law, and to ensure that you
receive adequate information about how your personal data is collected, processed,
conveyed and deleted.
You are by no means required to provide us with personal data. However, without
providing us with such personal data we cannot provide you with the services.
How Do We Collect Data? We collect data when you use our game, make purchases and
contact others. We also collect data using your device sensors and data we receive
relating to you from our third party contractors.
All this data is collected and stored on our Firebase database and transferred via secure
socket layer (SSL).
We use encryption to make sure that third parties cannot listen on the conversation
between your mobile device and our servers, and to ensure that data is sent only to our
servers, in order to minimize the chance of a malicious entity that might want to
impersonate our server.
What Data Do We Collect? We collect the following data, which includes the materials
that you provide during the registration process, and technical information based on your
use of our games. This includes:
Your approximate age or age group, gender and languge; the store from which the app
was downloaded and installed, The versionName (Android) or the Bundle version (iOS),
the country you reside in, the brand name of the mobile device you use, the category of
the mobile device, the mobile device model name, the time (in milliseconds, UTC) at which
the user first opened the app, your interests,
How Do We Use Personal Data? We process this data to provide you with the game and
to improve on the services. We use statistical services to check what needs to be
improved in the game.
Who Do We Share Your Data With? We try to minimize all exposure of personal data to
anyone and to a need-to know basis. We use these third parties to provide us with a
portion of the services:
We use Unity 3D Game engine for game play. We use Unity Ads, Google AdMob, Vungle,
IronSrc, Apploving, Facebook Audience Network and Chartboost for advertisements, and
Firebase and AppsFlyer for statistics and analytics.
These third parties are under strict confidentiality obligations and shall never sell your
data, but only use it to provide us with the services.
Do We Use Cookies? We use cookies in order to allow you to log-in to our game when
you use the web interface.
A cookie is a small file stored on your computer which may be later also used to identify
him. We may also allow several third parties to place cookies. In that case, these cookies
may be used to identify you in their services as well. These third parties include the
advertising services specified in the last section.
These Apps Are Not Meant For Children. these apps are
not meant for children (under 13 in the US and 16 in the EU) and are only meant for adults
or minors over the child age with parental consent.
Why Are Children So Special? Children are special and important. The law provides
them with greater protections than adults, which includes their right not to have their
personal data used for marketing purposes, and that they may delete this data at any time.
It also grants them the right to not be subject to data collection without their specific

request that we send you a copy of all your personal data. when doing so, we will first
verify your identity, and thereafter we shall provide you with a copy of some data. Please
note that if we are unable to verify your identity, we may chose to delete all data in lieu of
sending a copy, and that is to increase security.
How Can You Amend, Delete or Request That We Cease Processing Personal Data?
Yes. You can send us a message at info@hiperion.games and request that we amend, delete or cease
processing of personal data. We will honor these requests and do so, while retaining only
the data we need to enforce our legal rights.
Will We Send You Messages? We may send you periodic messages relating to the
game, updates, your in-game activity, changes in this privacy policy or other changes. We
will not provide your contact data to any third party.

complaints. He will also publish periodic reports if a specific issue shall arise.
